The Challenge

LaunchBridge had a clear vision: a mobile-first financial dashboard for early-stage founders to replace the chaos of multiple bank accounts, spreadsheet runway trackers and manual invoicing. The challenge was distilling complex financial tools into something that felt as simple as a consumer app.

Our Approach

We led with research — 40 founder interviews over three weeks revealed a consistent insight: founders didn't want more features, they wanted fewer decisions. Every screen was designed to reduce cognitive load. A 200-component Figma design system meant the React Native team could build at pace without coming back for design input on edge cases.

The Result

LaunchBridge launched to 8.4k daily active users within the first ten weeks. The 4.8-star App Store rating with over 1,240 reviews consistently mentions how intuitive the app feels. Day-30 retention of 68% is exceptional for a fintech product.
