The Challenge

Karis Consult had been operating for three years with a brand they'd assembled themselves — a generic logo, inconsistent colours and no clear visual language. Despite delivering excellent work, they were consistently losing pitches to less experienced firms that simply looked more professional.

Our Approach

A half-day brand discovery workshop revealed the key insight: Karis didn't lack credibility — they lacked the visual language to communicate it. We positioned them as precise, strategic and deeply human. A bold wordmark with a geometric K monogram, a deep navy and teal palette, and a typographic system that works on both pitch decks and business cards.

The Result

Within three months of launching the new brand, Karis reported 3× as many inbound enquiries. More importantly, the quality improved — prospects arrived pre-sold, significantly shortening the sales cycle.
